Canadian General Tower (CGT)

SGC completed a state-of-the-art interior renovation for Canadian General Tower’s manufacturing headquarters and head office in Cambridge. It was an extensive 28,000 SF renovation that was conducted in two phases, allowing both the office and plant to remain open and productive during construction.

The work involved major mechanical and electrical upgrades, as well as opening a timber roof to install a series of 12 large skylights which were an addition mid-stream during the project. A number of smaller impromptu changes were also incorporated during construction, resulting in a space that is custom-suited to our client’s needs.
