Privacy and SG Cunningham
SG Cunningham is committed to protecting the privacy and the personal information of our clients. We recognize that maintaining the trust of our clients requires that we be transparent and accountable in how we treat the information that you choose to share with us.

Personal information shall be as accurate, complete, and up-to-date as possible in order to properly satisfy for the purposes for which it is to be used.
Personal information shall be protected by appropriate security relative to the sensitivity of the information.
An organization shall make detailed information about its policies and practices relating to the management of personal information publicly and readily available.
9. Individual Access
Upon request, an individual shall be informed of the existence, use, and disclosure of his or her personal information and shall be given access to that information. An individual shall be able to challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information and have it amended as appropriate.
An individual shall be able to challenge an organization’s compliance with the above principles. Their challenge should be addressed to the designated individual or individuals accountable for the organization’s compliance with PIPEDA.
We collect information from you when you fill out a form on our website. You will be asked to enter your email address. If your request requires follow-up your may include your full name, day-time phone number and any relevant address information.
We may also collect personal information as we enter into agreements with our clients when undertaking a project.
How Personal Information is Used and Disclosed
Any of the information we collect from you may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
We will not share your information with any other party, unless it is pertinent to the job (for instance: sharing your address with a sub-trade).

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we are committed to protecting your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide to us.
SG Cunningham’s computer and network systems are secured by passwords and multi-factor authentication. Only authorized individuals who require personal information to perform their job duties may access secure systems and databases.
When we destroy personal information, we will use safeguards to prevent unauthorized parties from gaining access to the information during the process.
